Raimist architecture, Inc., founded in 1994 by Andrew Raimist, AIA, is dedicated to providing high-quality, innovative design, planning, and construction services. We collaborate with owners, contractors and consultants to solve architectural, design, and construction challenges. We take responsibility for a project's evolution from initial concepts through technical documents, bidding, negotiations, and construction.

Raimist earned a Master of Architecture from Washington University (Saint Louis, Missouri) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University (Ithaca, New York). He is a registered professional Architect and an active member of the American Institute of Architects and the Society of Architectural Historians.

Architectural design is a synthetic process. After collecting and analyzing the various determinants for a given project a true architect will create a beautiful, elegant, economic solution. Seeking anything less is a disservice to both client and profession.
